Campoamor Golf Club, longer than the other courses in the area, but the fairways are wider so there's more room to "have a go"! Built in 2 valleys, lush fairways and fast greens, with palm, pine and orange trees. Impressive clubhouse, restaurant and bars, but the pro shop hasn't got much apart from clothes and balls. Beautiful course, give it a try, you will love it. Reservations more than 7 days ahead must be by Fax. With number of players, handicaps of each player, date(s) and approximate time that you would like. On reply you must confirm. Don't forget Buggies or club hire. Proper dress required, no t-shirts, swimming costumes etc. Handicap certificates are required (I've never been asked) men 28, ladies 36. There is a pro shop, small driving range, practice putting green, chipping area & bunker. Great "19th hole" with a nice restaurant. Credit cards accepted. Campoamor is about 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport and about 25 minute drive from Murcia airport. Exit 763 off the A 37 Motorway.
